I am Gia, & I use CBD oil
I sit in front of a computer all day at work. By the end of the day my neck and shoulder muscles are so tight from holding my head up, that it gives me what my doctor called a "tension headache". The headache pain radiates from my shoulders up into the back of my head and it can often cause me to be dizzy or even cause me to have blurred vision. I tried using muscle relaxers and the usual pain killers, but they really made me feel tired and upset my stomach really bad. Now I use 25 mg of CBD isolate and green apple hemp oil when i get home. It really helps relax my muscles and take the tension off reducing my headache pain.
